National Laser Company pioneered laser replacement by offering customers lasers consisting of entirely new replacement tubes. In fact, NLC refurbishes more laser models than any other manufacturer in the world.

We refurbish our own lasers as well as those of our competitor's.

The quality of our replacement tubes rival or outperform competitive models. When replacing the laser tube, we upgrade the laser head and provide new laser warranties on every laser we rebuild.

All Repairs Include the Following:

• Laser head is cleaned
• Laser head is inspected and components are replaced as necessary, i.e. fans, hour meters
• All wiring, cables, and connections are inspected and repaired
• All optical components are inspected and cleaned
• A new laser tube is installed and aligned
• Laser is burned-in
• Laser is thoroughly tested to insure it meets or exceeds original specifications including:
• Power and photocell calibration
• Beam position and Alignment
• Beam mode and quality
• Optical noise
• Polarization orientation and ratio

1. Failure diagnosis
2. Inspection of wiring and components for damage, and replaced if needed.
3. Inspect optical path/clean
4. Inspect alignments
5. Check operation of polygonal mirror/quality control
6. Record all operational data and store in database
7. Test print 100 photographs on Fuji machine for alignment and quality
8. Clean unit externally
9. Inspect and adjust anti-dust shutter
10. Replace laser
